Position: Director of Warehouse Operations
About: Qualfon is a company dedicated to making each person’s life better, currently seeking an Executive Recruiter. The role involves overseeing Warehousing, Fulfillment, Logistics, and personnel functions of the Fulfillment and Distribution Center, focusing on operational planning, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement to meet company objectives and client SLA objectives.
Requirements: B.S. Degree preferred or equivalent work experience; 10-12 years of management experience in a warehouse, distribution, order fulfillment and/or light-manufacturing environment required; strong verbal and written communication skills; experience with Order Management & Warehouse Management systems; strong project management, production launch planning, and execution leadership
