Position: Director of Vendor & Operations Management
About: The company is seeking a Director of Vendor and Operations Management to join the Global Real Estate and Workplace team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Operations, North America. This role involves overseeing various vendors in North America and at the global headquarters (the AOC) with a focus on maintaining operational excellence, financial management, and quality service delivery.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field; detailed-oriented with a focus on compliance and operational excellence; financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control; proven experience in vendor management, operations, or similar; strong leadership, team, and vendor management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities; knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance is a plus
