Position: Director of Training, Patina Restaurant Group
About: Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is hiring a Director of Training to join their team. As the Director of Training, you will be responsible for creating, contributing, and facilitating the overarching operational service strategy, hospitality, and execution by supporting new and existing operations in openings, trainings, and operational challenges.
Requirements: Minimum of 9 years of restaurant operational and training experience; at least 5 years of full-service restaurant experience; experience directing and strategically planning simultaneous successful projects with tight timelines and deliverables; excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation and training skills; excellent team management and organizational skills including multi-functional roles and project sharing; proficiencies in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; prior experience in a guest service environment and multiple unit opening experience preferred; experience in a wide range of food and beverage environments such as quick service, fast casual and fine dining; ability to travel up to 50% including nights and weekends
