Position: Director of Training, Patina Restaurant Group

Requirements: Minimum of 9 years of restaurant operational and training experience; at least 5 years of full-service restaurant experience; experience directing and strategically planning simultaneous successful projects with tight timelines and deliverables; excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation and training skills; excellent team management and organizational skills including multi-functional roles and project sharing; proficiencies in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; prior experience in a guest service environment and multiple unit opening experience preferred; experience in a wide range of food and beverage environments such as quick service, fast casual, and fine dining; ability to travel up to 50% including nights and weekends
