Position: Director of Strategy
About: TechStyleOS is the globally integrated Operations and Services provider behind some of the fastest growing online fashion brands in history, including Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids. TechStyleOS helps brands launch, scale, and grow across product categories and geographically through technology, data science, supply chain management, fulfillment, and customer service.
Requirements: 5 to 10 years prior experience; Experience as a management consultant or strategy manager; Top-tier Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills; Extremely driven and able to effect organization change with minimal oversight; Highly organized and accountable, with strong attention to detail; Exceptional project management capabilities, with the aptitude to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders at once; Strong verbal and visual communication skillset; ability to convey ideas with the audience in mind; Execution-focused mindset with the ability to drive ideas from concept to completion; Adaptable to rapidly shifting priorities, with proven ability to maintain grace under pressure and balance multiple simultaneous projects; Strong intellectual curiosity with entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to challenge the status quo; Continuous drive for improvement; appetite and eagerness to pick up new skills and responsibilities; Willing to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to get to the best answer and win as a team; Professional and approachable style with a high degree of personal integrity and discretion; Strong interpersonal skills; approachable with the ability to build trust with and influence others
