Position: Director of Special Events

Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a director-level role in an upscale, high-volume hotel, hospitality and/or upscale dining setting; 6 years’ progressive experience in Banquet Operations in a management-level role in an upscale event setting; strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple events simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail; excellent communication and client relationship skills; strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work under pressure; knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
