Requirements: Proven track record in spa/salon operations; strategic leadership skills; ability to enforce quality and performance standards; revenue maximization and cost control experience; strong operational experience in a Forbes rated establishment; staff management and training proficiency; knowledge of spa and salon treatments and trends; computer proficiency; Bachelor’s degree preferred
