Requirements: Proven track record in a spa management role; exceptional people skills and passion for guest service; strong operational experience in a Forbes rated establishment; knowledge of current spa and salon treatments and trends; staff management and training proficiency; goal-oriented mindset; computer proficiency; bachelor’s degree preferred
