Position: DIRECTOR OF SLOT OPERATIONS
About: Sandia Casino is seeking a proactive Slot Operations Manager to oversee all slot operations within the casino. This role reports to the General Manager of Gaming Operations and involves developing and implementing slot policies, creating service levels to drive attendance and profits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED certification, or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 8 years of managerial or supervisory slot experience; minimum age of 21 years; valid, unrestricted New Mexico Driver’s License; ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License; willingness to undergo drug screenings
