Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 7+ years of experience in leading security management or a closely related field; formal leadership experience from law enforcement or the military; strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and crisis management skills; collaborative leader with a focus on team development, partnerships, and operational efficiency
