Position: Director of Sales – Ohio Valley Region
About: Tyson, an industry leader in food production, is seeking a dedicated individual to manage a direct sales team in the Ohio Valley region, catering to various customer segments such as food service distributors, operators, c-stores, and non-commercial establishments. This role involves comprehensive business oversight, team leadership, and strategic goal achievement in a dynamic sales environment.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Experience: Minimum 10 years outside sales experience in Food Service, Manufacturing, or Distributor Sales; Computer Skills: Basic computer skills including Word and Excel; Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Supervisory: Experience in supervising personnel; Travel: Extensive travel required, approximately 30 or more trips per year
