Position: Director of Rooms (“Director/a de Cuartos”)
About: The hotel is seeking a Director of Rooms to oversee the Front Office and Housekeeping teams and support the overall hotel operations to ensure guest and employee satisfaction, quality service delivery, and meeting financial goals in Miami.
Requirements: High school or equivalent education required; Bachelors degree and/or equivalent level of education; Front Office operations experience required; 3-5 years of Management experience required; Knowledgeable of loyalty programs, brand standards, and hospitality industry systems preferred
