Position: Director of Rooms
About: JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort and Spa, located at 19999 West Country Club Drive, Aventura, Florida, United States, is seeking a dedicated Director of Rooms to ensure operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences. As an independent franchisee of Fontainebleau Development, this role plays a vital part in maintaining the luxury standards and driving guest satisfaction at JW Marriott Turnberry Miami Resort and Spa.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years’ experience in Guest services, Front Office, Housekeeping or related professional area; Strong leadership presence suitable for a luxury environment; Minimum of 5 years in progressively responsible management roles within the hospitality industry with a focus on Rooms Division operations; Demonstrated success in Front Office and Guest Services operations; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
