Position: Director of Room Operations
About: The Ritz-Carlton South Beach, located at 1 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, Florida, United States, 33139, is seeking a strategic and dedicated Rooms Operations Manager to lead the Front Office, Recreation/Health Club, and Housekeeping departments. This position plays a crucial role in implementing brand service strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing financial performance, and driving operational excellence within the property.
Requirements: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area. OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
