Position: Director of Room Operations

Requirements: Advanced knowledge of budgeting and long-range forecast process; Motivate and lead departments through ongoing training and development plans; Expert-level knowledge of TM1, P&L, and P&L Critique preferred; Coaching team and ensuring accountability for processes and results; Managing up to senior leaders; Strong written and verbal communication skills towards team, other hotel departments, guests, and owners.
