Position: Director of Restaurants and Mixology
About: Hotel Maya a DoubleTree by Hilton is seeking a Director of Restaurant and Mixology to advocate and enhance guest experiences with stellar service and exceptional mixology knowledge. This upscale hotel restaurant position requires a detail-oriented individual with extensive cocktail crafting expertise and a passion for creating memorable dining and bar experiences.
Requirements: Must have at least 5 years of cocktail Bar/Upscale Restaurant Experience; expertise in crafting a wide range of cocktails; experience with Beverage Control, inventory management, and maintaining a clean work environment; ability to communicate effectively and problem-solve with team members and guests; exceptional multitasking skills; creativity and innovation in mixology; knowledge of food and beverage trends; flexible schedule availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings; hands-on leadership approach; preferred unionized labor management experience; physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift; Hospitality College Degree or Certification in Mixology or a related field preferred
