Position: DIRECTOR OF RESTAURANT, BARS & EVENTS
About: Hyatt is renowned for its exceptional hospitality and rewarding experiences for guests. The Director of Restaurant Bars and Events position oversees all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurants, lounges, coffee bars, and banquet facilities, embodying Hyatt’s commitment to exceeding high expectations and providing outstanding rewards in the hospitality industry.
Requirements: Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people; 4 years or more of progressive hotel F&B management experience (preferably with Hyatt); Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills; Proven leadership skills; Hotel/Hospitality degree is an asset; Must possess strengths in high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leadership, proven track record in high volume concepts, effective communication, exceptional customer service, and bottom line improvement; Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills; Experience in implementing new food & beverage concepts
Benefits: Competitive salary range: $141,000 – $180,000 annually
