Position: Director of Restaurant, Bars & Events

The Director of Restaurant Bars and Events oversees all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurants, lounges, coffee bars, and banquet facilities, ensuring top-notch service and quality for guests.
Requirements: 4 years or more of progressive hotel F&B management experience (preferably with Hyatt); service-oriented style with professional presentation skills; proven leadership skills; hotel/hospitality degree an asset; high energy and entrepreneurial spirit; effective communicator and customer service provider; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills; experience in implementing new food & beverage concepts
