Position: Director of Restaurant & Bar Operations
About: CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a Director of Restaurant and Bar Operations to serve as a key resource for property-level restaurant and bar leaders across our portfolio. This individual will be a cultural ambassador, embodying CoralTree’s values of collaboration, communication, and service excellence. The role requires a tactical leader who excels in fostering relationships, driving operational success, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Requirements: Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant or bar operations leadership within the hospitality industry; exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire teams at all levels; strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing performance data; ability to travel up to 75% to support properties across the portfolio; culinary experience a plus
