Position: Director of Residences
About: Marriott International is seeking a skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee the luxury condominium facilities at Austin W Sub HR Condo WH in Austin, Texas. The Property Manager will be responsible for implementing high standards in life safety, loss prevention, and privacy protection, managing property operations, leading operations teams, managing relationships with property stakeholders, ensuring profitability, enhancing the owner experience, and conducting human resources activities to maintain a successful residential community.
Requirements: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Property Management, or related major; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area; Management license for Condominiums preferred. Previous Association management experience is a plus.
