Position: Director of Regional Operations OB Gyn
About: Penn Medicine Medical Group is a leading academic medical center dedicated to providing the highest level of care to patients, conducting innovative research, and educating future leaders in the field of medicine. The Director of Regional OB/Gyn Operations will lead the regional ambulatory operations for OB/GYN practices within Penn Specialty Practices (PSP), collaborating with department leaders to ensure high-quality care delivery in Philadelphia and Southern NJ. This role involves overseeing operations, financial management, workforce planning, team development, and regulatory compliance to enhance patient care and experience at Penn Medicine.
Requirements: Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required) or Master of Arts or Science (Preferred); 10+ years Including direct management experience – minimum 5-7 years; Lean Six Sigma Certification (Preferred); Leadership experience in a large integrated healthcare delivery system; Basic understanding of CPT and ICD-9 coding, third-party payer billing processes, and the revenue cycle; Experience with practice management software systems
