Position: Director of Quality
About: Schwan Cosmetics USA is looking for a Quality Director to develop, design, and implement effective quality assurance systems to drive product performance and productivity. This role focuses on handling the Product Approval Regulatory program to ensure compliance with current and upcoming regulations, as well as building and maintaining client relationships to address quality issues.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field of science; Black Belt Six Sigma certification strongly preferred. Experience: 10+ years of directing regulatory compliance and quality management systems in a manufacturing environment; 10+ years of team leadership experience; Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Office skills; Strong communication and collaboration skills; Ability to pass a color hue test.
