Position: Director of Production Operations
About: Armada Design & Build, a residential construction and remodeling company located in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Operations to lead their dynamic team in creating exceptional living spaces.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; 10+ years experience in residential construction with 5+ years in a senior management role; deep knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations; proven experience in managing large-scale projects and diverse teams; stellar problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills; financial savvy and budget management experience; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in construction management software; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check
