Position: Director of Plant Operations

Requirements: Education: High school diploma, Bachelors preferred; Experience: Five years’ experience in plant, building, equipment, and utility maintenance. Minimum three years supervisory experience; Licensure/Certification: Certification in Plant Engineering preferred; Knowledge: Knowledge of regulatory agency and environment of care standards, mechanical and leadership skills; Supervision Received: Chief Executive Officer; Supervision Exercised: Maintenance, Housekeeping staff
