Position: Director of People Operations (Corporate HR)

The Director will play a critical leadership role in driving people practices focused on celebrating, developing, engaging, and retaining talented leaders and team members.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field; more than 7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in formal leadership; HR Certification highly preferred; deep expertise in core HR areas such as Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Performance Management; proven track record of achieving organizational goals; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage a varied workload effectively
