Requirements: The ideal candidate will have five years minimum previous employment in a Director of People & Culture position; a bachelor’s degree/4-year Degree is strongly preferred; working knowledge of State (LA) and local (New Orleans) Labor, Employment Laws, and market; proven record of leading the HR function in a complex Union environment with sophisticated influencing, negotiation skills, and collective bargaining experience; demonstrated ability to lead negotiations with third-party operators; bi-lingual in Spanish is advantageous; talented HR professional with networking skills and a desire to be part of local industry associations, representing the hotel in the community; a desire to work in a luxury hotel setting with a passion for service; occasional travel is required to other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for training and development purposes.
