Position: Director of Partnership Growth
About: IWG, the largest provider of flexible workspace solutions globally, is looking for a Regional Director, Partnership Growth to join their team. IWG’s mission is to help customers have a great day at work, every day, through their network of over 3500 locations across 120 countries. The company is rapidly expanding to meet the increasing demand for flexible workspace solutions post-COVID-19, seeking partners to open and operate IWG locations.
Requirements: Sales and/or B2B business development experience in a fast-growing, dynamic business; self-starter with a proven ability to find and convert deals quickly; track record of sourcing and delivering multiple deals of a meaningful scale; self-sufficient, deal-focused with outstanding communication skills; capable of working under pressure and independently with strong business and financial acumen
