Requirements: 6+ years of progressive experience in parks and recreation management (with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role); A track record of success in managing large teams, complex budgets, and strategic initiatives; A Bachelor’s degree in Parks and Recreation Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (CPRP certification preferred); A passion for community engagement, public service, and enhancing the quality of life through recreation
