Position: DIRECTOR OF OUTLETS RESTAURANTS AND LOUNGES
About: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Restaurant and Lounges to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of progressive management experience in the hotel industry, with a strong background in overseeing multiple outlets, including in-room dining services. A degree from an accredited university is required, with a focus on Hotel/Hospitality being a plus.
Requirements: Degree from an Accredited University; 4 years or more of progressive hotel F&B management experience; Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills; Proven leadership skills; Must possess strengths such as high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, effective communication, and ability to drive profitability; Clear concise written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills; Experience in implementing new food & beverage concepts
