Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related area and six or more years of relevant experience, which includes five or more years of managerial experience; demonstrated understanding of academic medicine and scientific research processes; experience in managing and motivating people, conflict resolution, and performance management; advanced project management skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
