Position: Director of Operations (RN preferred)
About: In partnership with the operations leadership and medical group partners, this company develops, implements, and oversees clinical programs and strategies designed to assure cost-effective, high-quality delivery and membership satisfaction. They provide leadership and direction to departments in areas of performance related to service delivery and utilization of resources for members across the continuum, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. The company implements and maintains clinical and patient care practice standards, budgets, and staff development. They participate as part of the management team in formulating, implementing, and evaluating business plans/strategies for ambulatory care services and are responsible for achieving both short and long term strategic, business, and financial goals/objectives.
Requirements: Minimum four (4) years of relevant healthcare management experience; experience managing clinical services in a complex, multi-faceted health care setting; experience working with a large physician group practice managing through influence and collaboration. Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, health care administration, or related field required.
