Position: Director of Operations (Restaurants)
About: Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is currently seeking a Director of Operations with restaurant experience to oversee their 6 corporate locations in Reno, Nevada. Requirements: Previous multi-unit experience is required to demonstrate a broader understanding of multi-unit leadership needs. This position directly supervises General Managers of the assigned areas. Key competencies include business acumen, strategic thinking, decision-making, information management, planning and organizing, problem analysis and resolution, delegation, motivation, effective communication, coaching, flexibility, emotional resilience, continuous learning, collaboration, and teamwork. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and tolerance to cold/hot temperatures. Must be willing to spend 80% of time in the region/locations and 20% in the office for administration.
