Position: Director of Operations \ QSR Restaurant
About: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations to oversee the operational performance of our fast-casual/quick-service restaurant chain. This leadership role involves managing and supporting a team of 6 District Managers, driving the company’s operational goals, and ensuring consistent delivery of an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a track record of success in multi-unit restaurant management, and a passion for operational excellence.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role overseeing District Managers or similar teams; Proven track record of driving operational excellence in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants; Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with a focus on developing talent and improving performance; Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously; Willingness to travel as needed to visit restaurant locations and support District Managers
