About: The Players Alliance is a national nonprofit organization based in Fort Lee, NJ, dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in youth sports programming. The Director of Operations position involves overseeing operational functions essential to the mission of empowering children of color in youth and community sports programs, with a focus on efficiency and growth within the organization.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, logistics, or related field; minimum 5-7 years of operations or logistics management experience; ability to work on-site in Fort Lee, NJ, with occasional travel; proven vendor management and contract negotiation skills; strong organizational and project management skills; proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Word; excellent communication and presentation abilities; U.S. work authorization required
