Position: Director of Operations-On Site, Ft. Lee, NJ
About: The Players Alliance, a national nonprofit based in Fort Lee, NJ, is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join their team. The organization focuses on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in youth sports programming, with a special emphasis on empowering children of color. The Director of Operations will oversee essential operational functions to support the mission and growth of The Players Alliance, managing logistics, equipment distribution, and vendor relationships.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, logistics, or related field; minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing operations, logistics, or supply chain operations; ability to be on-site in Fort Lee, NJ office; proven ability in vendor management and contract negotiation; strong organizational and project management skills; proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Word; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed; excellent presentation skills; successful track record in setting priorities and decision-making; U.S. work authorization required
