Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in quick-service or full-service chain organization; 10+ years of P&L experience; advanced communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; ability to multitask and prioritize projects; team-oriented with previous management experience; knowledge of Back of House Systems, Point of Sale Systems, and Restaurant Operating Systems; proficiency in budgetary concepts and performance reviews
