Position: Director of Operations – iGaming
About: This company located in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, is seeking a Director of iGaming Operations to lead and oversee all customer service, payments, and risk management aspects of their online casino business. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field preferred; minimum of 7 years of experience in online gaming with expertise in risk management, payment processes, and customer service operations within iGaming; strong analytical abilities, exceptional report-writing skills, comprehensive understanding of online gaming products and customer behaviors, proven leadership and team development capabilities; must be a current resident of New Jersey
