Position: Director of Operations Home Health
About: Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, a national leader in home-based care committed to expanding the possibilities for patient care in the home, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chief Executive Agent to lead local providers in delivering exceptional care to the community and contribute to the company’s success.
Requirements: Must be a (RN) registered nurse; Must have at least 1 year of experience in Home Health; Must have demonstrated experience in health service administration with at least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity; Must not have been employed in the last year as an administrator with another operation at the time any enforcement action was taken against the business; Must have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing a home care office; Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
