Position: Director of Operations (Healthcare)

Requirements: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Public Administration, Public Health, or related field; LCSW or LMSW; Background in Health Home or related Medicaid Services for Care Coordination; Management experience and start-up experience; At least 5 years of management experience in Health Care or Social work field; Experience managing diverse teams; Knowledgeable about complex care competencies including trauma-informed approaches, mental health best practices, addiction, and homelessness; Knowledge about the Social Service system in NYC; Ability to work well with individuals from different disciplines and across diverse teams; Demonstrated experience in leading teams; Knowledge of NYS Department of Mental Health guidelines; Computer experience with Word, Excel
