Position: DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS | FULL TIME
About: The Fox Theatre in Atlanta is seeking a Full Time Director of Operations. The Director of Operations will be responsible for managing all aspects of physical maintenance and building systems to ensure safe, secure, and enjoyable guest experiences for internal and external guests.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required; 5-7 years of progressive experience in Operations, Facilities Management or other related field in a major hospitality or entertainment organization; Experience necessary to effectively manage and motivate a full-service office and staff, utilizing essential practices, procedures, and ethics; Required proficiency in Computer skills and systems including Microsoft Suite, Computerized Maintenance Management Software, Building Automation Systems; Manage multiple projects involving in-house and outside contractors; Experience and knowledge of governmental permitting and regulations; Demonstrated competencies in oral and written communications, customer service, and business ethics are required.
