Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Food Science or related field; minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations role in the frozen food manufacturing industry; solid understanding of RTE processes and regulations; proven experience in managing supply chains and branded product manufacturing; strong leadership and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in manufacturing management software; strong financial acumen; commitment to continuous learning and professional development
