Position: Director of Operations Finance
About: Sage Hospitality Group, a hospitality company in Denver dedicated to creating excellence and enriching lives through genuine service and community impact, is seeking a Director of Operations Finance to strategically support the VP of Finance, the Financial Services Department, and Operations. The role involves maximizing asset value and returns on investment for owners and partners while providing proactive service support for property teams and customers.
Requirements: Undergraduate degree required; concentration in Finance or Accounting preferred; 5 years of related management experience in finance roles in hospitality with at least 2 years as a Property Director of Finance / Controller; ability to influence all levels of the organization with business acumen; proven ability in building and sustaining a strong finance team; strong knowledge in financial analysis and understanding financial statements, loan documents, leases, and contracts; excellent presentation and public speaking skills; oversight of multiple properties and departments; proactive, independent, and forward-thinking finance executive; strong computer and problem-solving skills; exceptional written and oral communication skills; organizational and project management skills; experience in presenting and negotiating with external investors, owners, lenders, and third parties
