Position: Director of Operations (DOO)
About: Director of Operations for corporate and franchise restaurants, focused on building sales and traffic while ensuring a great experience for guests, employees, and franchisees. Responsible for managing multiple restaurant performance, culture development, talent pipeline, financial analysis, and compliance with brand standards.
Requirements: 3-5 years managing multiple restaurants in corporate and/or franchise industry; flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays; travel up to 80-85%; strong communication skills; strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; strong business acumen; ability to work under pressure and exercise judgment; time management and organizational skills; physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; completion of training programs
