Requirements: At least two years of experience in a director role over multiple restaurant units preferred; reliable transportation and flexibility to travel regularly; must pass E-verify process; ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work weekends and evenings; bar management experience and Alcoholic Beverage Commission serving permit required; excellent communication, time management, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills; must be honest, trustworthy, self-disciplined, and outgoing
