Position: Director of Operations and Events| Augusta Entertainment Complex
About: The company is seeking a Director of Events & Operations to provide administrative planning, direction, and policies for venues, ensuring the highest quality service to clients. This role oversees Events, Operations, and Facilities managers in the facilities. The position offers a yearly salary of $65,000 to $85,000 with bonus eligibility.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in a related field (Facility Management, Engineering, Sports Management, etc.); Minimum of five years’ experience in building maintenance, event planning, and building conversions; Prior supervisory responsibilities; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; Self-motivated with leadership abilities; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Working knowledge of operational equipment and safety regulations; Familiar with A/V equipment, electronic systems, and AutoCAD; Forklift and life safety certification required
