Position: Director of Operations
About: The Dinex Group by Daniel Boulud owns and operates a collection of restaurants and hospitality venues globally, currently seeking a Director of Operations to oversee multiple concepts within the project.
Requirements: Experience in leading multiple concepts with a combined minimum of $20M in annual revenue; Director level F&B management experience (restaurant group experience is a must); Advanced emotional intelligence awareness; Knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft, Resy, UpServe, TripleSeat, and other operations related applications; Budgeting and FP&A skills; Ability to multitask efficiently; Advanced food and beverage knowledge; Ability to mentor leadership team members
