Position: Director of Operations
About: Glenelg Country School, a renowned educational institution, is seeking a dedicated Director of Operations to oversee all physical assets, including maintenance, construction projects, and operations processes. This role involves advising on facilities, construction, and campus planning, as well as maintaining existing infrastructure under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Facilities Management, Project Management, or related field; comprehensive knowledge of physical plants, building systems, and grounds operations; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership and team management experience; ability to navigate complex facility operations effectively; experience in budget management and safety compliance; exceptional problem-solving skills; proactive approach to ensuring smooth campus operations and a safe environment
