Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred; 3+ years of leadership experience in operations or office management within a pediatric dental, orthodontic, or medical practice; strong strategic thinking with a proven ability to optimize workflows and enhance patient experiences; exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills; expertise in financial management, billing, and insurance processes; proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards; outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities; passion for working with children and creating a warm, welcoming dental environment.
