Position: Director of Operations

Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in fine dining operations, with at least 5 years in an upscale Asian dining concept (Michelin-star, Forbes-rated, or high-end restaurant group preferred); Multi-unit management experience in high-volume, luxury hospitality settings; Strong financial acumen including P&L oversight, budgeting, and revenue optimization; Expertise in hospitality technology, training programs, and operational improvements; Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills; Deep understanding of Asian cuisine, culture, and fine dining service standards; Experience with VIP clientele, private dining, and high-profile events is a plus.
