Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree in relevant field/MBA, preferred; Minimum 4 years of related business/operations experience; At least 2 years of demonstrated success managing a small team or multiple large projects; Strong project management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities; detail-oriented; High level of comfort with financial oversight and budgetary tracking; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to think and act strategically; Team player with strong interpersonal skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with financial management/accounting software, a plus; Maturity, humility, strong work ethic, and ‘can-do’ attitude; Personable and has the ability to interact with various stakeholders
